The political parties Registrar Office has awarded to eight political parties with provisional certificate after they complete all requirements. Due to ongoing Covid-19 pandemic the meeting took place through virtual.
The meeting has chaired by NIEC Ms Halima Ismail and the Registrar Political Parties Mr. Mohamed Omar. Madam chair Halima has addressed to the meeting and urged those who received the certificates as well as all political parties to put a lot of efforts to become official registration and the participants have praised the political parties’ registrar office the way they work with them during the process of the registration.
The Political parties issued with temporary certificates are:
1. Alliance for the future party
2. Justice and development of democracy and self respectfulness
3. Social democratic party
4. Soomalinimo party
5. National restore party
6. The path to progress and peace party
7. Life and justice party
8. Citizens United party
The political parties’ registrar office of the NIEC has been registered ninety parties since being established.
