NIEC staff attended the start of a 10-day training on planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on 2nd September.
The training is being held at the NIEC headquarters and facilitated by NIEC senior advisor on planning, monitoring and evaluation Mr. Ahmed Yusuf.
The main objective of the training is to equip staff with the concepts and tools of result based planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
The commission intends to build the capacity of its staff as it gears up to conduct 2020 One person one vote elections.
