National Independent Electoral Commission welcome National Leaders Forum Communique on 14 September 2016-point No.12- for the recognition on 2020 Electoral Process Support and for their urge to the international community to support the National Independent Electoral Commission. 

The communique affirmed the commitment of the Somali National Leaders Forum on expected universal elections in 2020.

The National Independent Electoral Commission would like to thank the National Leaders Forum (NLF) for the good job it has done.
